In what environment is Villa Unique?
Villa Unique is located in the area on the South-eastern half of Cas Grandi Curaçao, better known as "Band" Ariba ".
Unique Villa is well accessible by car. The District of Cas Grandi (meaning "large house") is a very quiet area and used to be a district where many political people lived.
Cas Grandi is located approximately a 15-minute driving from the Centre of Willemstad and about 30 minutes from the airport. In the immediate vicinity of the Villa you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, shops and a pharmacy.
Near Cas Grandi you will find Caracas Bay and other bays as the Spanish water and a marina. The remaining fort Beekenburg (anno 1703) and quarantine building (anno 1883) represent the history.
The Jan Thiel beach is reachable in ten minutes where you can relax. The Mambo's Beach in ca. 15 minutes away. To reach the St.Barabara Beach in about ten minutes.
