Reservation Request

A reservation request is not a definite booking.

Confirmation
If your reservation request is accepted, we will send you by e-mail an invoice.

Booking
Once the first payment has been received, the reservation will be converted into a final booking.

Payment
Along with the reservation you will receive an emailed invoice. This invoice includes the deposit. Within 7 days after sending the invoice, 50% of the total amount need to be received on the bank account of Villa Unique. The remaining 50% need to be received on the same bank account,  at the latest 10 weeks before arrival. By late payment, the booking or reservation will be canceled and void all claims to recover Villa Unique.

Deposit
The deposit is Euro 150, - and is included in the invoice for the entire rental period, witch is mailed together with the reservation.

Cancellation
If canceled more than 60 days before arrival date, full refund of what has been paid. Within 60 days before arrival date no refund will occur and we are not liable for the amount paid by you. Of course you will receive at all times been partially or entirely paid deposit returned.

Damage / Extra cleaning

Villa Unique is not liable for damage, loss or theft of property of third parties.
Any damage to the contents of anonymous function using curly Villa Unique and / or the apartment itself and any additional cleaning costs incurred (more than normal cleaning) will be passed on to you. Initially, therefore your deposit of 150 Euros = used. If this deposit is insufficient, we will send you an invoice which must be fulfilled immediately.

Arrivals and departures

Unless otherwise agreed with us, you can have the key of the apartment on the arrival day from 15:00 hours. On the day of departure you need to left the apartment at least at 11:00. If you arrive earlier then 15:00 hours, you can of course, after consultation, bring your luggage to us and check in later. On the departure day you can also leave your luggage with us in a pre-arranged room in the house for safekeeping until later that same day that you are going to the airport.

Smoking
In the apartment smoking is not allowed.

Swimming pool

The use of the swimming pool including the use off the beds are 100% on you own risk. After 22:00 it isn’t allowed to use the swimming pool. Children are only allowed to enter the pool area under supervision of at least own of their parents. Villa Unique can never be hold responsible for any damage in what kind ever.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.
