Conditions Rental Car

Insurance

The rental cars are all-risks insurance with a deductible.

Theft and vandalism

Damages caused by the aforementioned cases, the tenant will be charged up to € 200.--.

Traffic rules

When a tenant have an accident and has violated the traffic rules such that the insurance will not pays out, the renter fully liable.

Off Road

Damage caused by driving off-road or on roads that are not paved, are not covered by the insurance and be fully charged to the tenant.

Christoffel Park

Riding in the Christoffel Park is entirely at your own risk. The insurance will not paid for any damage in the Park. All damages are fully charged to the tenant.

Flat tire

The rental car is equipped with a spare tirel and the needed tools to change the tire. The tenant is responsible for changing a flat tire and also for the cost of repairing the flat tire.

Driver

Only people with a valid driver's license and with permission of Villa Unique, are allowed to drive the rental car. When an accident has occurred with a driver without consent of the lessor and/or without valid driver's license, will void the insurance directly, the tenant is fully liable for any and all damage.

Personal stuff

Leave no valuable stuff in the trunk of your car. Loss or theft of personal items are fully at the risk of the tenant.

Loss of the car key

In case the tenant loss the car key of the rental car, Villa Unique will collect € 100.,--from the deposit.

Cleaning and refuelling of the car

The rental car will be cleaned by Villa Unique. € 20,– will be charged for cleaning the car. The rental car is delivered fully fueled to the tenant and the tenant should be return the rental car fully fueled back. If this is not the case, 2 x fuel costs will be charged to the tenant.

Deposit

The deposit of the rental car is € 200.--.
