Payment Terms

After you, by e-mail or telephone, book an apartment, we will send you by e-mail an invoice such as agreed with you. This invoice is also a booking confirmation.

Within at least 7 days after you receive the invoice, need to be 50% of this invoice transfered to our account. The other 50% needs to be paid cash in euros on the day of arrival together with the deposit of the apartment and the rental car (if you rent one of our cars).

The deposit you will receive cash in euros on the day of your departure. We will, of course, square any damage to the apartment and/or car rental with the deposit account. If the damage to the apartment is greater than the deposit you paid for the apartment, we will also appeal to the deposit of the rental car if you rented a car by us. If a car has hired and culpable damage is greater than the deposit you paid, we will also appeal to the deposit of the apartment.

If you have booked an apartment with us and you want to cancel for any reason, we will only return the deposit to you inly If you have wrote (by mail) this to Villa Unique no later than 60 days for the day of your arrival.

Cancellations made within 60 days before the date of your arrival, will not entitled to a refund and you are held to the remaining 50% as agreed to us.

We strongly advise you to take a cancellation insurance!!!
